Durability. To ensure our boats
are light weight yet have tremendous strength, Xpress uses only .80 to
.125 gauge aluminum alloy. Each boat is precision cut utilizing our
state of the art, computer-aided plasma cutting system. We use a
tempered T-6 rib construction, which provides optimum strength for
boat bottoms. Our floors and decks, all welded construction, and
all-aluminum transoms represent extraordinary achievements by Xpress
in boating technology.

We invested in a high-tech paint facility complete with down-draft
dust and spray removal, and a baking oven capable of reaching
temperatures of 400 degrees. This latest technological breakthrough
